Consumer Goods Europe - A European-based rigid plastic packaging business

CONSUMER GOODS EUROPE (CGE) is a European-based rigid plastic packaging business and a leading manufacturer of disposable food packaging for the consumer goods sector. Products include a total of c. 4.9bn plastic cups, containers, lids and trays for manufacturers of dairy products, edible fats, ice cream and detergents as well as packers of fresh food and meat. Around 1.100 employees compose this sizable European packaging supplier with a net sales amount of appr. 170m€.

CGE has 5 manufacturing sites across Finland (2), France, Turkey and Poland as well as 2 additional sales units in Germany and Lithuania, serving the whole Continental European market. Integrated technologies include sheet extrusion, thermoforming, injection moulding and decoration.

The company holds strong market positions with long-standing customer relationships in Northern, Central, Eastern, Southern Europe and Turkey and is a perfect consolidation platform for future business development in this market segment.
