Milking it

Producing high quality raw milk and developing the tools as well as the infrastructure necessary to distribute high quality milk or milk products to consumers is a challenge. Poor quality milk or milk products are unacceptable and lead to reduced consumption. Improvements must start on the farm with the animal and at milking, with production of the highest quality, safe raw milk.
