Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

Dr Yuesea Eric Chen, President at Raycome International Corp, explains why organic feed could make a difference to the lives of animals and the quality of meat.

“Due to a global food shortage, minimised feed waste is the only solution in the livestock industry”
-Dr Yuesea Eric Chen

If animals can struggle for better live, they will be like Dreamworks Pictures’ “Chicken Run” which they would like to escape out of cage and live in happy natural environments. Can human beings be able to fulfill animal’s basic needs? The answer is “NO” in most parts of the world. Antibiotics and chemical stimulants are abused at stinky smells farms which animals are under great threat of virus attack. Most people are so short-sighted; they are leaving the problems to their heir to solve.

Europe is one of the most populated areas of the world. Most Europeans are aware of protecting the only earth we got. It is the first area abandons the antibiotics regularly put on animal feed because the clever Europeans are aware once the chicken flu break out there will be no cure. Instead of too much rely on antibiotics, the alternative ways including the usage of bacteria, enzymes, trace elements, antioxidants, vitamins, and hormones. Genetic modified animals or chemical stimulants are not the choice. Instead, using natural organic materials to satisfy both human and animal needs is the European trend.

Because of global food shortage nowadays, minimize feed waste is the only solution in livestock industry. Raycome’s six years studies of one of the organic substance from Alberta, Canada using in production animal farms reveals marvelous results. Scientific results mean they can be repeated shown which means the substance must be test again and again with the same results. Not only greater than 30% of the feed can be saved, but also the environmental impacts are close to zero.

The organic substance from the residue of Canadian glacier pathways Raycome called it POD, the glaciers-enriched natural macro-organic polyelectrolytes in complexion with primary, secondary, tertiary & trace minerals without any chemical manipulation. POD stands for Polyelectrolyte Oxygen Detoxifier. It can carry oxygen, instantly neutralize toxic free radicals, cheating minerals and vitamins into the living organisms and also served as strong antioxidants. All trials shown almost all test animals survived, comparing average 20% lost in controlled group. Almost 90% of foul gas has gone at test farms which it means yards away general people cannot smell any ammonia gas. Because the animals are living in a good condition environments without worrying about the disease attack, which means they are living happily. Happy animal’s return is the best quality of meat which is soft and tender without stress. At least 30% of the feed cost can be saved, not mention of the value of the meat improvement and the tremendous saving of the labor cost.

Based on the research conducted by professor Shia Liang-Xhou at PingDung university of technology & massively extensive in situ performance trials of TSC production hog barns (size: 500,000 hog/year) in Taiwan shows POD have unprecedented efficacy: near zero mortality without antibiotics & drugs, healthy animals of superb meat quality, high efficiency of feed utilization / weight gain, and alleviating costly pollution. Collectively, POD lowers production cost by 20% min, plus significant savings in environmental compliances & in peripheral operating costs.

The attributes of POD include but not limited to, restoration of bio-organic, enzymatic, poly-polyelectrolytic & immunity power, transformational detoxification, and provision of amino acids- & quinines- based bio-organic fertility & mineral supplements. POD is also tested, certified, or approved for organic application by SGS, Taiwan PingDung University of Technology, GOA (Global Organic Alliance), OMRI (Organic Material Review Institute), CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agencies).

What are the performance trial results of POD? Continuous two years TSC hog farm (size: 500,000 hog/year) trials show:

1. At nursery pig stage, average daily gain was 0.169kg of the old formula, now is 0.293kg of new POD formula, the difference is 73% increment of average daily gain; survival rate was 83.3%, now is 97.9%; feed conversion ratio was 2.224, now is 1.641; the production cost decrease more than 20%.

2. At growth pig stage, average daily gain was 0.369kg of the old formula, now is 0.542kg of new POD formula, the difference is 47% increment of average daily gain; survival rate was 64.0%, now is 92.0%; feed conversion ratio was 3.546, now is 2.369; the production cost decrease nearly 30%.

3. At growth pig stage, ammonia concentration was nearly 50ppm (after eight weeks) of the old micro-organism & enzyme formula, now is less than 25ppm of new POD formula, the difference is 50% less of ammonia; Hydrogen sulfide was nearly 300ppm (after eight weeks), now is a little more than 50ppm, the difference is 80% less of hydrogen sulfide.

4. Another trial at nursery pig stage, the group of adding antibiotics survival rate is 94.1%, and the group of adding POD survival rate is 98.2%. The POD group shows higher survival rate and better economic value.

To start, we had to meet the greatest challenge of the long standing adaptation of antibiotics as the elixir at the test sites in Asia. Virus and disease are so rampant at high unexpected death of the animals. Animal farms owners cannot believe the natural organic product can substantiate such stunning difference. Finally POD did show it beat any chemical and non-chemical feed additives for feed conversion rate. After many years of studies, finally one of the largest pig farms in Asia has accepted POD as their primary feed additive. Antibiotics, toxin absorbents, food preservatives, and excessive minerals are withdrawn out of their feed.

We shall remain humble of learning from the Mother Nature, by using its gifts to solve the problems we created. POD indeed is one of the rare and precious. Not only human but also all other living creatures on earth shall live symbiotically. All humans on the earth are responsible to clean up the mess we created thereafter improving the quality of life. Raycome is committed to continuing challenge of finding the gifts of the Mother Nature, exploring their intrinsic attributes and acquiring the science & technology for their efficient and effective applications for the betterment of ecology.
