Our engineers are all whole time employees and we carry full International Indemnity Insurance to cover all our operations.

It is our stated aim to provide our customers with planned solutions, tailored to their particular needs, undertaken by focused teams large enough to complete the task but flexible enough to respond to changes in a structured way. We can do this because we have the expertise ‘in-house’. We have a resident team who will provide support even after the project has been completed, ‘we are in it for the long term’ and we have found that our customers prefer to be able to speak to our team of engineers on successive projects .

Our design team have a combination of many years experience across a multitude of industries. Our planning teams can call on an extensive pool of knowledge to plan each project meticulously, leaving nothing to chance.

Our operational management team are all drawn from operational plants, with an estimated 350 years combined experience between them, they are ready to support you and your operation with in depth technical knowledge, plant audits and are also there to offer sound advise backed up through that experience.

Technical Support

Being possibly the largest provider with extensive operational skills we are able to offer the independent manufacturer full Technical Support for their Can and End making operations. This includes full Quality, Process and Mechanical auditing to International Standards. In addition we are able to offer metal forming and metal finishing solutions. Six Sigma capable we are up to speed with latest technology.

OEM Equipment and Specialist Services

We have made other changes to our operation CCH Engineering Ltd has been selected to offer OEM parts and specialist engineering services to Europe and Middle East for Stolle Machinery, who are a major player in the can making Industry. Marcel Schoumacker heads up this very important part of our portfolio.

To this end CCH has specialist engineers supporting customers engineering functions on a largely world-wide basis, fault finding not only their manufacturing units but auditing the entire production system, calling on their expertise and experience to identify blockages that are hindering an efficient production operation.

We are often call upon to supply non stock parts such as motors and belts providing the end user with a fast efficient service giving them benefit from our international experience.

We are able to provide a bespoke service to Customers, due to having retained in house skills within the CCH Team. It is not unusual for us to integrate with the Customers Team at times of high demand.

Manufacturing Services

From its UK base CCH predominantly manufactures Can Handling Solutions to suit every application in the plant. Our equipment is then transported globally and installed by our engineering teams.

Our skills do not stop there, we also manufacture various other units such as Elevators, Bi-Directional tables, Sweeps for numerous applications both in Canning, Bottling and the Plastic bottle sector such as Dairies and Household detergents bottle manufacturers and fillers. We manufacture and supply a very competitive and efficient system designed to ‘Air rinse’ caps prior to bottling, eliminating debris contamination and enhancing customer satisfaction ratings.

CCH has integrated a complete fish filleting line, linking the various production units together with developing a specialised box turner to fully automate the process of getting the Salmon to the line. On this project be were briefed to develop and manufacture a specialised Fish Washer together with a Fish Filleting table for ten operatives. The result was a unit described by the end user as the ‘Rolls Royce’ of tables.

Refurbishment Services

CCH have a reputation for ‘breathing new life’ into units that may be tired and worn but still function, again knowledge of the end use is invaluable. This involves complete disassembly, repair and repainting the body, sourcing replacements parts, to totally re-build the unit upgrading the electrics etc until we are ready to test in the workshop, prior to installation at the customer’s site.
