Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

Rudi Roeslein, founder of Roeslein & Associates, Inc. in 1990, has recently been named Chief Executive Officer.
Taking the helm, Dave May has been appointed president with fifteen years at Roeslein performing critical roles in managing business development, sales administration and overseeing the commercial side of our many integration projects throughout the packaging industry. We are looking forward to the energy and dedication that Dave has demonstrated in his various roles, and the continuity of fostering our essential values and culture.

Forward thinking solutions

Established in 1990 with headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, Roeslein & Associates provides a diversified range of System Integration Services, long-term technology, operational support and automated packaging solutions to the global Canmaking, Filling & Packaging, and PET industries.

Roeslein continues to be recognized as the premier system integrator in the two-piece container industry specializing in new capital project development. Working in depth with their clients to completely understand their investment strategy and operations prior to the detailed engineering phase has been the basis of Roeslein’s continued success in designing, constructing and managing more than 240 major packaging projects the world over.

Announcing the opening of another engineering office in Colorado, Roeslein has resources to fully support our clients’ immediate needs working as an extension of their own engineering staff to assist where and when ever required.

Doubling revenue growth from 2004, afforded Roeslein the opportunity to expand its client-based services to include recent acquisitions:

Integrated Manufacturing Technologies – offers alternative construction approaches from their 200,000 square foot assembly facility where they fabricate, modularize, pre-assemble and test complete manufacturing lines prior to installation. Experts in mechanical and electrical field installation, process piping fabrication and electrical wiring, IMT compliments the complete line of Roeslein design and system integration services.

Roeslein & Tegron, LLC – provides design and integration of information systems, software development, automation control and process optimization throughout packaging world. This joint venture between Roeslein & Associates and Tegron draws from engineering and systems personnel with a wide background of high tech industrial automation experience serving diverse companies and offering diverse solutions tailored to customer needs.

Unitized system approach

By using Roeslein’s unique project implementation approach of Unitizing, Modularization and Pre-assembly, their customers realize a much faster return on their investment, getting their product to market months ahead of a more conventional construction approach. Customers have also experienced record-breaking start-up efficiencies (some of the highest efficiencies in the world) as a result of these approaches.
